if you are having problems with it then make sure you are using the latest ISO and that you have not renamed the Pika ISOs or put them in a subdirectory (If absolutely need to you have to change the VTOY_ISO_NAME Refind boot paramater to accommodate your new path) at all and that the VENTOY ISOs partition is still label Ventoy.
Currently NTFS Ventoy ISOs Partitions are not supported!
