As always all updates come down as regular Pika updates, there is no need to grab the new ISOs but if you keep one around in case something goes wrong then now would be a good time to update it.
Very important for Hyprland users - do the update in a tty or Hyprland will crash whilst apt is running.
It is highly advisable to do this update via
pikman upgradein terminal and keep an eye on what it wants to remove and if there are held back packages. There are a few packages it is legit going to remove because they no longer exist or are for older versions but if it is trying to remove any of the pika- packages please abort the update and flag in Discord - #oh-lord-my-update-is-breaking - also if you have held back packges please flag them in there.
Additionally this update means we have cleared the rebuild backlog and will be keeping more in sync with Debian sid so expect updates to come down every 2-3 weeks.
